⭐ Initially we bought a door from them. That time we had a very good experience, but after that every time we went there, it was a very bad experience.His boys only talk and show nothing.On 21.12.2024 we went to get a single bed, cupboard and a small dining table. This is all that is mentioned in the price. Nothing else is shown.Please do not waste your time to come. After this we went to Tilak Nagar and Kirti Nagar. From there we bought furniture from Kirti Nagar.

⭐ The concept at DS Doors is simple
1) Customer is supposed to know everything
2) If the customer does not , it's the customers problem
3) Customer to read the catalogue to answer any of his queries
4) Even if you have queries, some things is wrong with you
5) You can ask the "sales Managers" if you already to face arrogance
6) And even if all this not enough, pay 50% more

⭐ Believe me when I say that if there was an option, I would've given 0 stars. DS Doors is all show, no go. Exorbitantly priced stuff, with such incompetent salesmen. One salesman in particular is Mr.Amit Pratap Singh. What arrogance. The way he talked with us and his whole demeanor during our visit was completely unprofessional. Mr.Amit's poor conduct reflects on the company, which will definitely hamper their business. I would request the concerned authorities to look into this matter, and reprimand such executives. We could've even considered buying from this place, but our whole interaction with their sales executive, i.e. Mr.Amit Pratap Singh, swayed our minds in the opposite directions. Don't even bother coming here, there are much better alternatives.
