⭐ Terrible experience. Shocking to see a live lizard sitting on the dress hung on the outfits displayed right in front of the store. Moreover, the sales persons present were unbothered and unapologetic towards the lizard scenario. There was no sense of hurry to attend to the unhygienic issue and even after removing it, they hung the dress back in its place. Who knows if these overpriced and overhyped dresses are frequently dry cleaned or not. Super unprofessional behaviour by the store sales persons at Lado Sarai.
⭐ Such a very bad experience with this brand. These people are totally fraud. Please never go for trial period....these people just get their work done in the name of trial..i just go there for 5 days of trial period...and design head said to me we need more time for understand you that you're able to do work or not...5 days are totally sufficient to understand that I'm able to do work or not...He said that he will give my offer letter after 1 month...and these people don't even pay during the trial period......and this thing they did to the another girl. These people are totally fraud.
⭐ I wish to give 0 star to this place in reality. I almost had a traumatic shopping experience with them. I always loved their collection and creativity and was super elated to choose it for my Baby Shower. I specially made my fam go to Delhi one to help me choose and customize the outfit and oh boy not just the staff is super rude n snooty, they are confused and dont care to communicate anything to the customer. I was already put off by rude service and attitude yet I ignored the red flags and ordered an outfit being in love with the dress, emphasizing to please ship on time for the event. They would never respond to WhatsApps and nor give any info if the piece is ready. Finally they barely the piece ready in time to be shipped asap so it can reach me in a day for the event.. I requested to do one day shipping and was okay to pay for it as well. They said they made the shipment and after requesting tracking number all day, they finally sent it and we realized it wont be delivered in time. It was simply horrible of designers of this level to give such a service and I would neither choose them ever again and will discourage any one who wants to. After such an experience, I wrote a letter to management as well but there was no ack or response or apology. Looks like its not just the showroom, its the dna of the company itself. Celebs may wear the brand or they might be globally famous but really shame to them for this kind of customer service. Even till today Tiffany bows down to every client they get. Business n empires fall in a day, so hope they learn their lesson before they lose big.
⭐ Yaa seems to be very expensive as seen from the outer just a perception....not visited to this place but living to nearby this place ....so from viewing 10/10 ....dresses looks much pretty...seems to antique design ....TQ
⭐ Had a very bad experience at their store. The girls were very rude and had a know it all attitude. They were clearly disinterested to show me the best fit for me and also had a strangely reluctance to let me try out their dresses. Never had such an encounter at any designer. I strongly recommend anyone reading this to not try them.
