⭐ I got a crockery cabinet made, which was delivered yesterday, 19/10/24. I must say that the carpenter is pathetic, and so is the painter, just (couldn't/didn't) do what was agreed upon. In spite of me having a look a day before at the shop and highlighting the defects with the owner, Mr. Karan Mehra, who promised me to take care of everything in the final finishing, the cabinet was delivered as is. Just cannot keep arguing for the sub-standard work delivered. NOT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM SHRI BALAJI FURNITURE AGAIN IN FUTURE!!
⭐ I bought a sofa....It got defect in 3 months only.I raised a complaint they don't care about it... Saying that you have changed accommodation from faridabad to delhi hence no service. Asking 1000-2000 extra charges and still not Servicing it.I request even if he sells for 5000 cheap product don't buy it. They don't give good quality.

⭐ This is 4 months old sofa....Some issue with quality when asked with to help me out on this chair...They said you have moved from faridabad to delhi hence no guarantee now...I mean how can customer trust you?Pls don't buy anything from here....
⭐ Bought pair of chair and table.but chair got damaged within the 10days. When called the shop they said we can't do anything . offered the warrenty.but no action to take responsibility. Very rude and disrespectful.. total illiterate gawaar people..
